Low-power Texas Instruments ISO7340 four-channel 2/2 digital isolators have four forward isolation channels. These channels consist of logic input and output buffers. These buffers are insulated by silicon dioxide (SiO2) The grid is separated. ISO7341 has three forward and one reverse channels; ISO7342 has two forward and two reverse channels. In the case of input power or signal loss, the default output of the device with the suffix "F" is "Low", and the default output of the device with the "F" suffix is ??"High". Used in conjunction with isolated power supplies, these devices prevent noise currents on the data bus or other circuits from entering local ground and disturbing or damaging sensitive circuits. ISO734x integrates noise filtering and is suitable for harsh industrial environments where short noise pulses may appear on the input pins of the device. ISO734x has a TTL input threshold and operates on power levels from 3V to 5.5V. Through innovative chip design and layout technology, the electromagnetic compatibility of ISO734x has been significantly enhanced to achieve system-level ESD, EFT, surge and emissions compliance. The company said that the ISO734x four-channel 2/2 digital isolator can provide galvanic isolation up to 3000 VRMS in one minute according to UL regulations, and 4242VPK galvanic isolation under VDE.
