The LD49300 is a high-bandwidth, low-voltage drop, 3.0-A voltage regulator ideal for powering the core voltage of low-power microprocessors. The LD49300 implements a dual power supply configuration, ensuring a very low output impedance and fast transient response.

The LD49300 requires a biased input power supply and a main input power supply, allowing for ultra-low input voltage along the main power guide. The operating voltage of the input power supply is 1.4V to 5.5V, and the bias power supply needs to be between 3v and 6v to work properly.

The LD49300 offers a fixed output voltage of 0.8V to 1.8V and an adjustable output voltage of 0.8V. The LD49300 requires minimal output capacitance to maintain stability and works best with small ceramic capacitors.
