STMicroelectronics ST95HF is a near field communication transceiver IC that manages frame encoding and decoding in reader, card emulation and peer-to-peer modes.
ST95HF is used for standard applications, such as near field communication (NFC), proximity and proximity standards. It embeds an analog front end (AFE) to provide an air interface at 13.56MHz. It supports ISO / IEC 14443 Type A and B communication in card reader and card emulation modes. ST95HF supports ISO / IEC 15693 (single or dual subcarriers only in reader mode) and ISO / IEC 18092 protocols in reader and card emulation mode. It also supports detection, reading and writing of NFC Forum Type 1, 2, 3 and 4 tags.
