STMicroelectronics M95M02-A125 automotive EEPROM meets the high reliability defined by automotive standard AEC-Q100 grade 0. M95M02-A125 can be accessed through a simple serial SPI compatible interface running at up to 10MHz. The company stated that the storage array is based on advanced true EEPROM technology.
