   Low-spec modules support LTE-M and NB-iot transceiver platforms with output power up to + 23.5dbm and optimized support for LTE 1RB to 6RB. Mouser currently holds Skyworks Solutions' Sky68031-11 Multi-band RF Iot front-end module.

   The module features wideband PA and bias controllers, transmitting low-pass harmonic filters, antenna switches and MIPI RFFE controllers. It also integrates the complete RF front-end required by LTE multi-band radio, which can work in low band (5, 8, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 26, 28, 85) and intermediate band (1, 2, 3, 4, 25, 39, 66, 70).

   The MODULE's PA load line has been optimized to improve efficiency while achieving 3GPP ACLR and emission mask specifications with LTE up to 6RB. Integrated low-pass filters suppress PA and transceiver harmonics while reducing any post-PA losses to optimize transmission current consumption. The design emphasizes out-of-band emission performance and complies with 3GPP standards in low and medium frequency bands.
