In addition to its size advantages, the Powermite package also includes an all-metal bottom (anode) side, which eliminates the possibility of flux residue during assembly, and the unique locking sheet design can be used as an integrated heat sink. Its innovative design makes the device fully compatible with automatic insertion devices.
