Fairchild FSV1060V Schottky rectifier. The device is optimized for mobile charger applications and compresses breakthrough performance into a small, flat-lead TO-277 package. The company says that it only draws 13mA of reverse current at high temperatures and provides a forward voltage drop of 0.2V at a 1A operating current in the charger design.
FSV1060V has a typical Z height of 1.1mm, which is both RoHS compliant and halogen-free. It also complies with MSL 1 for JESD22-A111 full body solder immersion. Typical applications include mobile chargers, solar panels and reverse polarity protection.
