CUI has introduced a new 3000W front-end AC / DC power supply for mission-critical (N + 1) redundant applications. The PSE-3000-48 has a power density of 33.48W / cubic inch and achieves platinum efficiency in a compact standard 1U package (only 40.64mm x 101.6mm x 355.6mm). The power supply is preset to output 48VDC, and its output can be adjusted from 42V to 55V for wireless and broadcast applications. The hot-swap docking function is achieved by using a single connector that integrates ac, dc and I / O signals. This power supply has a typical efficiency of 94% at 50% load, so it is also ideal for telecommunications, server and network applications that are critical to reducing energy consumption. PSE-3000-48 uses I2C / PMBus protocol for system communication to control and monitor equipment. The 48VDC main output can provide up to 62.5A and has a shunt current, which can be used in parallel with multiple units. Provide 3.3VDC or 5VDC backup output at 2A. For maximum flexibility, the series is available in front-to-back or back-to-front airflow configurations depending on the cooling requirements of the application. PSE-3000-48 also provides 60950-1 safety certification, carries the CE mark, and meets all applicable EMC requirements for global applications. Standard over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature and input under-voltage protection. The optional 1U 19-inch power supply rack can accommodate up to four power supplies for 12 KW parallel operation, 9 KW N + 1 redundant operation or dual 6 KW'A 'and A. "B" output channel operation. The DC output terminal block can be configured as unipolar or bipolar.
