ADI's ADUM315x / ADUM415x SPIsolator is a dedicated serial peripheral interface (SPI) isolator with a small footprint, simple design, high speed and high data integrity.
These devices use proven iCoupler technology to increase performance and cost while reducing board space due to a single compact form factor. The company says this sets it apart from other digital isolator solutions, such as optocouplers.
Features include a maximum data rate of up to 80Mbps, an operating temperature of up to 125C, an insulation level of 3.75-5kV rms, and a support delay of 14ns.
